We have successfully moved to our new location after having months of problems with the servers from the old provider. We appear to be rock solid on this new box so I have great expectations.

Over the years as OSA has grown we've had to periodically move to bigger and bigger hardware so this is a natural part of our growing pain.

Activity has dropped some over the last few months as a result of the site constantly going down and this has been fustrating for membership as well as myself. I've seen it go down as many as 8 times in one day for periods ranging from 5 minutes to 105 minutes. This was a problem with the provider's virtualization technology and they didn't know how to fix it.

We are now on an even bigger and better server with hardware virtualization and we appear to be both fast and stable. Woot! Keep your fingers crossed!

New colors and theme is now in place. We no longer resemble certain other boards that shall remain nameless. We have our own look!

If you're still looking at the original bright and default display, you can go down to the bottom of every screen and change the style in the drop down box from " -- vB4 Default Style" to BlueSteel instead.

More Styles and configurations should pop up as we progress and I thank everyone for thier patience as we continue to evolve.

Update: A new Mobile style has been added to the site to specifically accommodate small mobile devices. The style template is simply called "Mobile Style" and is found in your template selector drop down box at the bottom left of your screen. Many mobile devices render the site great without this but older and smaller displays may not be able to handle a graphically rich site. This style should help that.

    Work in progress
